Shipping & Delivery
At Rosebes, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and securely across India.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable on all orders.
For orders exceeding ₹1,00,000, an additional 5% shipping charge will be applicable.
Payment Mode
We accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Heavier shipments such as furniture or large items may take longer than usual to deliver.
Delivery Coverage & Logistics
We ship across India using Shiprocket and its courier partners, including:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Amazon Shipping
While we service a wide range of pincodes, some locations:
- May not be serviceable
- May require additional delivery charges
Please contact us to confirm serviceability if required.
Special Regions
Orders shipped to North-East India and Jammu & Kashmir:
- May have longer delivery timelines
- May incur additional shipping charges
All such orders are prepaid only.
Address Changes
- Once an order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
- If an incorrect address was entered, we can re-ship the order, but additional processing and shipping charges will apply.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
- If cancelled after dispatch, a processing and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
