General Terms

All sales are final.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in case of dislike or change of mind.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition, as per the order placed.

Customers are requested to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, and details before placing an order.
Packing & Pre-Dispatch Transparency

Before dispatch, our team may share packing images/videos and shipping details to ensure transparency.

This step helps confirm the condition of the product before it leaves our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery through the Return & Exchange section on the website portal.
For damaged items:

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory

The video must clearly show:

Sealed package before opening

Complete unboxing process

Visible damage
-
Without proper video proof, the request will be rejected.
Conditions for Exchange
If eligible for exchange, please ensure:

The request is submitted within the allowed timeframe

The product is unused
-
The product is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and invoice

The item is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit
All returned products will undergo verification and quality checks.

If the claim is found invalid, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Replacement / Resolution

Once the returned product is received and approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to availability

If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit may be issued
Store Credit

Store credits (if issued) will be shared via email

Validity of store credit will be 30 days from the date of issue
Warranty

No warranty is provided on any products unless explicitly mentioned
